When You Least Expect It

I'm a true believer in 'things happen for a reason' especially when you least expect it. Whilst sipping tea and munching on my grilled cheese delight, I got the phone call that I thought would never come.

Found some really fashionable pegs in Target the other day. They'll look great in the peg basket, matches the colour scheme in the laundry and will get people talking ("Oh, Where did you find them pegs:"!etc)

How Often

Was trying to decide how many days a week I should tend to my blog? Seeming this is my new job, I decided it should be Monday to Friday.......just like most jobs!

I like consistency and this way my wonderful readers know exactly when to expect another blog.

The roast chicken was a hit (no leftovers mean another meal to plan) - Ziggy complained about the games he played at kickboxing and - the kids made many spelling mistakes on the birthday card.....lucky it was done in pencil.

Need to make spaghetti, visit birthday boy and the kids have little athletics tonight.

Just love Hot Dollar! It's a discount variety store with so much more. Bought all the wrapping essentials for the birthday boy, at such a low price and it looks so great!

My first day

Couldn't believe how difficult it was to name my blog. I didn't even bother to check if they had been already created as I thought 'there is no way in the world that could be taken'. So now I'm feeling proud of 'the little hero'.

Need to cook a roast chicken, take Zac to kickboxing and get the kids to write in their cousins birthday card. Seems like a little when I write it but can guarantee you, it will fill up my whole day.
